Reception staff welcoming and also fantastic at check out. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, would benefit from having a washing up sponge and washing up liquid to wash coffee cups, just an idea :-) Every area clean. Loved the waterfall feature in the central lobbies. Great stay, but wished we had stayed longer

We enjoyed the look and feel of the polynesia hotel, it was clean, comfortable and well staffed. The shuttle bus allowed us to get to other hotels in the resort (Village and Riwo) as well as the water park). We made use of the hotel pool most and also visited the local beaches which were only 5-10 min taxi drive away which was also a good change in scenery. The activities and entertainment on offer at the hotela were great for children and adults alike as was the variety of the inclusive buffet food on offer. We only stayed 5 days but wished we had stayed longer.

The restaurant staff, especially Alberto, were very good. They used to make veggie food twice a day for us. The only problem was that there was a very limited choice. T The restaurant opening times are late. You are not allowed free drinks in the sister hotels even though you have gone all inclusive. The reception staff were also very helpful. Evening entertainment also starts very late at 10pm. Due to this, the audiences were limited.

I stayed here for a few nights in November and absolutely loved it. The room was large and clean. The hotel is very nice. The food was REALLY good! Staff were kind and helpful. There was an issue with adjusting my stay that Expedia tried to help with but the hotel did not respond to which is a shame. But regardless of that, I will definitely return.

The resort is perfect for families. The staff are so helpful. I’m vegetarian and asked for an alternative on ‘seafood’ night and within minutes the chef had made me an individual dinner. Highly recommended.

The staff were superb from reception to, the cleaning staff, to the activity team at pool side. Cannot fault them, fantastic all round. Hotel itself seemed I little run down. Quite a lot of things in disrepair or damaged. For example, the mini golf course is in desperate need of repair. There were cracked windows and boarded up windows. The kids play area outside the kids club was in bad repair. The biggest surprise for us was the amount of extra charges despite us being all inclusive. Most ice creams, drinks, snacks, towel hire, bowling and even two of the restaurants were not included in the "all" inclusive (staying at the Polynesian hotel). Not sure you can call it all inclusive if it's not all included. Overall we did however have a fantastic stay and a really relaxing holiday. Again the staff were superb and really engaged with us and our son. You should be proud of the staff you have there.

Ok hotel

Spacious room, but with ants everywhere. Including kitchen bench. We stayed at the hotel at the top Riwo (even though we here on hotels.com never choose that one out of the 4 hotels in holiday world resort complex. So be avare of this when you book. The pool was great for our small children. We had only breakfast included so be avare that its only buffet offered for lunch and dinner for 30euro per person. No a la carte option and no other restaurants nearby. Ordered with uber eats, but they got stopped at security point so had to walk for 20min to get it. Also, indoor pool has to be paid for. So be avare of extra cost.

Rooms are spacious abd this good as we hsve young children. However, Food was repetitive and cold most of the time! Food tasteless all the time, even the freshly babequed meat or fish had no flavouring, just bland As all-inc we were allowed to have obe dinner at eaither the italianor American restaurant at the hitel, when we attended for our booking, we were treated as if we were cheap skates! Staff has no sense of humour! Sold us an awful bottle of wine, upon tasting the wone tasted cheap and venegary! When we tild him the wine wasnt good, ge rhen admittedhe knew nothing about wines and said he probably shouldn't have recommended. But of course, we had to pay for it. I then went on to order an additional garlic bread as my 2 year old rrally liked it, I was sloken to in a stern voice that i should be aware anything more than one starter, main amd dessert, i had to pay for any extras! I replied that Iwas aware of this and did ge think after paying £9800 fir a 10 day stay, i couldnt afford a piece of garlic bread? It was after this they returbed with a dessert menu but at that point, I just wanted to leave! He probably noticed their service hadnt been great, and offered for us not to pay for the said garlic bread!🙄. The phone is the room wasnt working from day one and after numerous reports it was then that it was finally fixed, 2 days before we departed.! The room walls are paper thin!. We were disturbed until about 330am daily by next door people who were drunk daily.

Walking in was breathtaking. Very clean rooms and staff were really nice. They also did care of their holiday maker by providing shuttle buses from the hotel to the gate which is quite a distance. More entertainment should be provided and not just live music every night. But reat place to be. Will definitely recommend.

Very clean hotel, staff went the extra mile, we had a couple of rainy days and the entertainment team made sure the guests were still entertained. Good selection for eating, very fresh and varied each day. Only negative if it even is one, there’s only one table tennis table and you have to go to reception to get bats and ball with an hour slot, tried on a few occasions but was always just missing out! Would make sense with how popular it is with family’s just to install another couple maybe inside? Over very pleased and will be returning.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the food was lovely, cleanliness excellent and staff very helpful. The only few thing that lets it down was the pool area, although there was plenty of sun beds they could not be adjusted and a lot of them are saggy in the middle, the pool area is concreted cracked and in places. The out side of the building needs painting. It just needs a little TLC.
