"Staff are polite and helpfull however hotel is in dire need of a renovation, its tired and worn, my rooms furniture had badly stained upholstery to the point I did not want to sit down, linens and towels were clean as was the bathroom, adequate for a one night stopover."

"We stayed for one night in May. The staff were excellent from check in, through breakfast, to check out. Breakfast was served with a view of Loch Ness and was also excellent from the quality of the food and choice"
