We had a great time at this castle! Scott in the bar was fantastic. The food was very good too. We did the ghost tour. It was fun. No ghost seen but a very funny guest from Australia hid in the stairwell and gave me a scare!

The hotel is off the beaten path and sits above Dingwall and anyone taking mass transportation to Dingwall should be aware that taxi and bus service to the property is limited. If you are carrying light luggage, and you are healthy and feel inclined, you can walk the 20 minutes from the train terminal. I cannot overstate that the walk is all uphill! Dingwall is very quaint and small, so there are only a couple of spots to get food or a pint of ale before 3 pm, but the property has a nice pub and food prices are relatively comparable.

Tis a castle!

Our family had the honor of staying in the Mackenzie Apartment - so cool! And HUGE. It’s a legit castle experience without totally breaking the bank. Staff was so friendly, beds were comfortable, food was delicious. Amazing overall stay.

A legitimate castle! We traveled as a family here, had the honor of staying in the Mackenzie Apartment - holy cow! It was huge, beautiful, and super comfortable. Food was delicious, people were so friendly and helpful, highly recommend the Tulloch Castle - it’ll check all the boxes.

The walled garden rooms are not worth $500 a night at all. Breakfast and the staff were lovely, as was the castle and grounds. Only stay if you can stay in the castle... in my opinion!

Had a lovely stay at the Tulloch Castle Hotel. Staff great. Very clean. Only down side was less than perfect water pressure in shower but bathroom itself was lovely. Look forward to returning.

Nice stay!

It was impressive to have the opportunity to sleep in a castle. The room offered plenty of space for our family of 3. We also had a great view from our window (plenty of sheeps!). We appreciated our stay at this hotel.
