Lots of parking, easy access to downtown or across the bridge to Prince Edward County. Beautiful views of harbour, Centennial Park adjacent to the hotel offers lots of green space to enjoy and walk its trails. Hotel is clean, friendly, excellent service with all staffs. An enjoyable stay.

I stay here primarily for the location and always ask for a water view with a balcony overlooking. The grounds are beautifully kept. Hotel has had a "facelift" since my last visit and is a real improvement!

The rooms really need some updating that’s the only reason I have it a four The staff is extremely friendly helpful Breakfast is good again kitchen staff extremely friendly Not much in the way of amenities small bar of dove soap and very small dove shampoo and conditioner This hotel is a diamond in the rough I will stay there again
