"My family and I were looking to spend a week in Jamaica. We ran across this beautiful property and instantly caught our attention. Check in was really smooth. The property was exactly what we saw online. The first morning we didn’t know how to work the stove and we called Christopher and he instructed us. Our remote was broken for the TV and Christopher replaced it speedily. I really like the security that we felt being there. Our rooms were comfy. "The Pines Villa located in Montego Bay Jamaica was the perfect home away from home my family needed during our trip to Jamaica in July 2025! The house was super spacious and spotless for our group of 10. For our stay, we had multiple families/households and each floor of the house had a separate kitchen, balcony, AC unit with controls in all rooms, strong WIFI connection and multiple bedrooms on each floor, making entertainment or quiet time convenient for each group. Furthermore, all kitchens had sufficient appliances/dishes allowing us to make our own meals if needed. Lastly, the water temperature and pressure in all bathrooms were great during the stay (even with everyone getting ready at once). The outdoor area was well maintained with a pool, we swam every day after our excursions! If requested a chef can make a delicious meal for your group using the outdoor kitchen area that faces the pool. Communication was consistent and as part of the rental package, a driver was available to pick our group up from the airport and drop us off, even with us having different flight schedules. I highly recommend Pines Villa for your family, the house is close to the airport and major attractions, plus the host is a native who is knowledgeable about the community and will do their utmost in making sure you have a safe and enjoyable vacation. "The house was very nice, however the bathrooms require a further update and more cleaning of corners and shelves throughout the home given that the property was just sprayed for roaches. Additionally attention is needed for the roofing as sections of the home was leaking. Overall though the property was good"
