"This property is beautiful. Its clean, and the staff is kind, helpful. Julie at the office was great, always ready to help whether we had any questions or needed to book transportation. The spa was a great, relaxing experience as well. The room, pool it was all nice. There isnt dining but there is a cafe arpund the corner. And its in a residential area. I felt safe walking to nearby restaurants as well. I was celebrating a birthday, thank you Palms for a great stay. "

"This hotel was ok for the one night I had. First impression on walking in reception I thought it was lovely. But then rooms. I got given a room right above a generator so noisy I couldn’t stay. I was changed to a room above obviously no better. So I asked for a room on the other side after some debate(staff very helpful) I got a room on the other side. Much better. Room was spacious and clean. Had a fridge but no coffee making facilities. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not a lot of choice. And the pool was closed for renovation. Would I stay again probably not. "

"It was nice that they were able to accommodate our early arrival. The room was clean but there were several large ants this morning. Since it was windy a lot of items were rattling making it hard to get a good night sleep. It would have been nice to have a couple of complementary bottles of water for the price. The pool was rather cloudy. The restaurant food is mediocre with overpriced US prices. "

"This is a lovely property very close by to the ferry docks and almost right next door to the museum. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Both were large, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The above are enough reasons to choose this hotel, but the lady running the place, Michelle, was so friendly and helpful. Our flight got cancelled on us at the last minute and she really went out of her way to help us out of a situation that could have been a disaster. Amazing customer service and a really nice person."
