The room was very clean and the room service was the best I’ve had. They didn’t just change the sheets and towels but cleaned the floors and wiped down the counters as well. They also offer laundry service. The staff at the front desk were very helpful as well and provided plenty of information about the area.

I am calling this my favorite place in my hometown because I sleep so good. All the staff is wonderful. It might not have all the amenities like all the other big hotels but with love and kindness they maje up for those things.

When I arrived at the property, there was a security that helped us get to the main floor, which is the fourth floor on the fourth floor. There was a staff member that greeted. I was very, very friendly very nice. She just took a picture of my passport and handed me the keys and the checkout was super easy as well very clean please and it’s super close to shops and restaurants so it’s very convenient if you don’t have a card if you also need a taxi to the airport, you can tell the front desk and they’ll set one up for you. I paid $30 for a taxi

Checking in was not self explanatory, it’s not just a hotel it’s also a call center for other businesses so the check in is on the 4th floor getting there took some guidance and direction from security staff. Security is good. Room was clean and presentable, entrance door uses a physical key to unlock and lock door. Shower is unique huge walk in stone shower but the hot water adjustment was touchy with very low water pressure. Elevator works good, restaurant downstairs have to exit the building first to enter restaurant with a view to a unique outdoor style kitchen on fire hart and a stove oven the wood burning smell good but no local food serve here all other. They were out of lobster during lobster season and today only cash no card accepted. The view from balcony is great view to the sea. A/c works good. Bed is comfortable.
