I actually was happy with this choice except for one thing-- the staff was friendly and helpful, and I really liked the perks of the onsite parking and the breakfast. The only thing I would note is that the mattresses were quite hard and the pillows were quite light and small. My partner and I both thought this, though everything else was good. For that reason, we don't think we would stay again.

Hotel is in a backstreet which is not very attractive. Hotel is modern and clean with helpful staff. Soundproofing of rooms not great. Nice breakfast. Great location near main tourist areas, onsite parking a big plus. Would stay there again

The hotel is very good. It doesn't have much parking available. The rooms are relatively small but very clean and airy. Breakfast was below average for a 4-star hotel. Quiet room and a very comfortable bed. The staff was so-so. Not unpleasant, but not too keen to help, either.

Fantastic service at this hotel. Well located near downtown. All the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make a comfortable stay. 5 star service I will definitely come back. I stay at this location often. It is very great stay for the price just note that the area does have graffiti and abandoned buildings around. Despite that I have never felt unsafe around this property. My biggest complaint is the parking. Its one of the reasons I choose this location regularly but there is something like 12 parking spaces for 35 rooms. My last stay we did not get a spot and had to park on the street. Locals have a parking meter app and if you dont have that you have to hope the police aren't making their rounds.

It’s just in a terrible neighborhood. We left two days early and had to move to a different hotel on the other side of town. We have never seen anything like the surrounding streets. The staff at the hotel is very nice and the place is clean but the entire surrounding area… abandoned buildings, graffiti, buildings that look like they are falling apart yet people live there. It was scary to walk out. Not representative of the rest of Belgrade. Go to Hilton, President Palace Hotel, Marriott, Square Nine!

You hear a lot from other(s) room(s). Breakfast - ok, but a bit small area. Location very good. Parking ok. What i disslike most was a table in room. If you sit on a chair and would like to have legs under the table while being on PC - it was almost impossible if you did not remove the drawer.

The property was not bad, but overpriced. Sky in/Sky out did not work, due to the location of the hotel. It is on Courchavel 1550 and beginning of March not enough snow, to get down to the hotel. You have to use lift to come down, but using it is real challenge. If you rent a car, Never buy collision damage insurance from Expedia, as their insurer does his best not to pay and provide lots of bureaucracy. I damaged a wheel and even after three weeks from I return the car, still cannot get insurance to pay me for that. Endless e-mails and phone calls.

Breakfast is awful. They charge you if you want a cappuccino. It’s a automated machine they use for making a coffee. Truly! Staff ok but can be rude if you disagree about anything. I found Serbians to be rude in general. The city is filthy with dog poop everywhere on sidewalks and trash too. The city looks like the Soviet Union fell yesterday. Not a warm city nor good experience.
