"This is a unique find, we enjoyed the history of the property. Typical Italian streets to maneuver to get to the huge villa and the gate entrance is tricky with a bigger vehicle. You can relax here all day and the views are amazing. It’s a bit of a walk up so recommend coming by car/taxi but going down is ok and a supermarket at the bottom and bus stop where you can get to town within 10 mins and Varese nord station. The only negative is the food, it just wasn’t to my liking and good value. I would definitely come back."
