Not all inculsive at all no beer only wine food not as advertised times ect staff not helpful everything closed round hotel and not value for what u expected when paying plus return taxi did not collect us so had to py 50 euros to get to airport for home journey

There were no lifts, the food was very bland and not to a good standard. If im paying for an all-inclusive and theres no traditional fast food places nearby, id at least expect the food they serve to be nice but it wasnt. our toilet seat was broken and we were not provided with duvets or even a kettle for the room. Also, the staff couldnt really speak english which caused a few communication issues. On a room service day, our room was not cleaned. There was only one iron in the entire hotel at the front desk. Our rooms had mini-fridges which smelled bad and didnt work, so we couldnt use it. However the rooms themselves were not bad.

The propery was not all inclusive , no alcohol, no water, very limited food, pool empty, no sunbeds ,unpleasant atmosphere, wouldnt go back if you paid me £100 per day .. We dont normally take notice of reviews but wish we had this time . We didnt expect much for what we paid , but never again .

They need to train the stuff not to be rude

The stuff at breakfast that was serving was really rude so I did not eat. I left the hotel without breakfast.
