"My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. "We had a long weekend in Geraardsbergen for a wedding and a little couples break. The hotel was very nice and it was a great location right in the middle of town. So everything was in walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and they offer a lovely choice of breakfast. I we every go back I would definingly stay there again."
