"This was an excellent hotel that we stayed at for a family road trip. The staff were excellent and I would also recommend the bar and Lof restaurant too. We had a lovely time at the Spa and would say the location is very convenient with most landmarks within walking distance. We will certainly return! "

"The hotel is 11 kilometres from the centre of Lille but there is a metro station very near and in the area next to the hotel there's a great path that used to be a rail line going to Belgian birder that is a joy to walk without going anywhere. There is lots of parking for those who need it."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful place. Unfortunately our AC wasn't working and that was not resolved for the duration of our trip. However, we would stay here again!"

"We got a family room and we were surprised with everything that was provided in the room. You can choose to cook, there’s microwave/oven, dishwasher, even ironing board and iron. Lots of room to store our luggage. Very, very nice, clean and comfortable hotel room. The only thing that I would suggest to improve is to have a nightlight option to use the toilet in the middle of the night because the bathroom wall is a white glass and if you turn on the bathroom light it brightens the entire bedroom (not great when you have small children). Easy fix though. Besides that, breakfast was okay, we just didn’t like how crowded it was, very difficult to get the food and walk around (we were on the last corner table away from the buffet and we had to squeeze in between tables to bring our food to our table). On a next time I would try to get breakfast earlier and I believe it would be easier. We would totally go back to this hotel when staying again in Ghent. "
