"Property not convenient to U-Bahn and thus not convenient for visiting downtown. Staff very friendly and gracious but I often had to wait for service. Bar has nice selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages but no decent food - and no very short walk restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet. Complimentary coffee available all day but stupid policy about not bringing big mugs to room."

"The self-check in after hours was easy to understand because of the email we received from the hotel. The hotel is just outside the Muthgasse exit of the train station. Super easy with several restaurants and two grocery stores and a pharmacy on the street. The place was clean. The room was very warm the first night and someone was smoking in the hallway or the smoke was coming from the vents. I contacted the hotel and the next night it was no problem. No smoke. We left our window open the next day so the room was much cooler the next evening. This place is a little further outside of Vienna but a lovely train ride along the Danube Canal, clean, safe and convenient."

"This is my second stay at this hotel this week. I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival, and in the morning when I went for breakfast, I was greeted by a staff member named Shahiz with a smile and a warm welcome. He kindly assisted me in choosing food, juices, and coffee. It was truly a wonderful experience, with a great variety of delicious food options available. "

"Checking in via the check-in device (looked like an iPad built into the wall) took long because it required manual text input but the keyboard was slightly inaccessible due to the frame holding the iPad. During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating."
