"It was a nice hotel but when we checked in. Water issue. Had to run taps for 20 minutes or so to clean out pipes. Still was a bit rusty. I know they had to fix something I’m sure. Everything else was great "

"Beds didnt have clean sheets. Front desk staff blamed cleaners, took no responsibility. Unsettling. "

"Only stayed for a night, but rooms were great and hotel was comfy. Walls a little thin but barely noticeable. "

"The breakfast used to be excellent. Now they don't serve bacon, sausage or boiled eggs. Very disappointed. The large suites and location are good though. "

"There was an incident where one of the cleaning staff knock on my door, upon answering she asked if i needed anything, i told her if she could come back in an hour's time which she responded no cos the cleaning staff closes in an hour's time. I told her i only needed my garbage emptied, she told me she was coming, i waited for almost an hour and decided to check whether she was out there. I unfortunately left my tap/key inside and locked myself out oy the room. She shouldn't have knocked if she wasn't ready. It created a huge inconvenience for me as i had to go downstairs to the reception half naked for a new key. Other than that this hotel deserves 5 🌟. "
