"We stayed 5 nights. No noise from other guests could be heard in our room. Anything we needed, like a vaccuum or extra towels was provided very quickly. The staff are truly the gems of this hotel but the total package was very good."

"The room was clean, but somewhat dated. Bathroom needed to be repainted as paint had begun to crack and chip due to steam from the shower. No breakfast was available, which would have been nice."

"We stayed in one of the historic cottages at the park. The room was very nice and comfortable. Only issue was the size of the bed. Website stated the room had a queen bed, but at best, this was actually a full. Staff was very friendly and professional. We appreciated the restaurants onsite at the lodge, so no real need to leave the park for anything. The camp store in the park was well stocked, a bit overpriced, but that was expected. I would highly recommend staying at the park and would definitely recommend reservations if planning to do any of the cave tours."
