"Literally perfect location steps from Grindelwald train station and directly across the street from the bus station. The staff was wonderful from check in to restaurant. My daughter injured her hand during a bike ride and they provided a huge bag of ice for her. The stay came with a free bus pass and discounts for different excursions cable cars and Glacial canyon. The restaurant has a great menu as well. The room was a little hot but they provided a fan which helped. We would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were amazing!!! The housekeeping team put my daughter toys in an amazing display made her happy and created a wonderful family memory. We are so grateful and we will be back for sure. The staff made the experience wonderful!!!!"

"Unbelievable place to stay! Staff were lovely and very helpful to every question we had. New gym nearby with a discount code for being a guest at the hotel. Staff kept pool open an extra 30 minutes for us as we were late back from our days out and wanted to experience it before we left. Views from the rooms were amazing. Breakfast was great - with a big window to come down and get breakfast when we wanted."

"We are just flying home from our 4 night stay in Grindlewald. It was a special trip for my Husband ’s 40th Birthday and it has been nothing but magical. The Hotel was perfect. Rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily. Staff were so helpful especially Sarah! Thanks four your hiking recommendation of Pfingstegg to Baregg - we thoroughly enjoyed it! Sarah & Chris room 120 🙂"

"Our room had a balcony with a spectacular view of the mountain. The room was nice. We could hear the room next door move furniture, but it was not bad. The hotel was very close to downtown, but seemed like in the countryside. We highly recommend this hotel"
