Many hotels will not let you leave dogs in room. Grass area across the street. Within walking distance of tons of great restaurants. It was quiet, despite being an older building and downtown. "Excellent location, Excellent room, Courteous Staff, Excellent Hot Breakfast arrangements with plenty of tables and seats. Got a free upgrade to a Lake View room as for some reason the original room became unavailable. They just kindly did it without telling me, but I could see and hear them trouble shooting this issue. Only took them a few minutes, no biggie. Not for once I felt inconvenienced with their service. Only one thing to mention is the very tight parking in the front, but there are a lot of parking spaces in the back, so not really a problem. Highly Recommend it and will certainly use this facility for my future visits. "
