"This is a wonderful historic hotel that has been beautifully modernized. Our room was spacious with inspired decor. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We loved our stay at the Walper. The breakfast is no longer free, but it's very good. As was dinner at the hotel's TWH. Pricey, but what restaurant isn't these days?"

It is situated close to shopping amenities and conveniently located for travel to local nature reserves and the university. Toronto city centre and Niagara Falls are within easy reach for a day trip.There is a balcony to the rear of the property with a view across a garden area so nice to sit out."
