The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash in the trash cans in the back of the home. Trash pickup is on Tuesday of each week.
Please remove dirty bed linens and place them in the laundry room.
Should dehumidifiers turn off, remove the bottom tray, empty the water, replace the tray, and they will resume working.

We love this home and the beau coast amenities, if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing vacation this is an amazing spot! Even with 3 small kids we still enjoyed a peaceful vacation with all the home, neighborhood and waterfront town had to offer!
