We see two air mattresses in a pile on a shelf… the king mattress has visible stains on the side, couch has crumbs & dust all over it. No kitchen sink. Holes from dogs digging and dog crap all over the yard. Refused to refund our money, as a business owner myself I would have refunded and kept 50 for an inconvenience fee because this would be the right thing to do since your place...
