"I thought the hotel was very clean. My only problem was that my room smelled musty and had a smoke smell. I was also supposed to have a city view room and was given a room over looking the pool. The picture of the city view is not what you get at the hotel."

"Great location to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, the cable car, and more. Parking price was a bit ridiculous, but knowing that the car would (likely) not get broken into in the valet garage was worth it. Breakfast was basic and extremely difficult to get coffee, find a table, or even move in the buffet area. But, no real complaints. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, and room was plenty comfortable for our family of four."
