Private Oasis w Hot Tub & Pool near Folsom Lake! Parking for Boat and RV!

"A stayed here with a group of friends for a connecting weekend together. After we all packed up, we agreed that we would stay here again. Kim had mentioned early on that she was also traveling, but that didn't keep her from being a very responsive host. The beds were comfortable, the couch was cozy, and there were plenty of towels for the six of us. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. The grotto was perfect for cooling down in the hot sun, and the trees and patio provide ample shade. I only have a couple minor complaints. The chlorine in the hot tub was intense! Maybe the cleaning solution was overused, or maybe the water didn't have enough time to air out. A few of us got in for maybe 5 minutes, but it was burning our eyes and the smell was very strong. There are worse things than being too clean, so I still appreciate it. We were woken up to the sound of a lawn mower, weed wacker, and leaf blower at 8 am our last morning there. That sucked and got us all in a pretty bad mood. Kim had mentioned that we might see some gardeners, but I didn't anticipate that. She was very apologetic, and explained the gardener schedule situation. Plus we were there during 103° weather, and realistically it wouldn't be safe for them to work in the afternoon. Something to consider when you book. Thanks again, Kim! We had a great time!"

"The pool is absolutely fabulous. The beds were comfortable. The toilets were the higher ones, which is greatly appreciated. I wish the front steps had a rail and more seating in the living room would be nice.The key pad wasn't working correctly but Greg was able to remotely open the door. He was great to work with and we were able to resolve to my satisfaction."

"The process of checking in was simple. She communicated everything we needed to know through the VRBO app and even provided a very helpful guide link for the residence and the surrounding area. The room was very clean and the perfect size for what we needed. We loved the hot tub and backyard. We highly recommend!"

"Great house and was perfect for our group of 10 while in town for a wedding. The location is great. Just a few minutes away from stores and restaurants but located on a nice quiet street. Our family enjoyed the foosball table and also ping pong table located in the garage. "
