"The property was perfect! Beautiful house and setup! Super close to the beach and the pool, both within walking distance even with our littles! We will most definitely be back!"

"This property is such a gem! The pictures and description in the listing don’t do it justice. The house is extremely spacious- way more than we expected. Our entire group of 11 could have easily slept in just the main house, but there was also the carriage house available (which has its own kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, by the way) so we were able to really sprawl out and have our own space.The pool and beach were great as well. Neither are much of a walk from the house. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The beach is more of a natural beach, which we absolutely loved. We found starfish, tons of hermit crabs and conchs at low tide. We also visited a beach nearby in Carrabelle, which was still very natural but without vegetation growing in the water. We loved the fact that the beaches don’t have large crowds. The entire area seems to be laidback and pretty quiet and the neighborhood seems very safe. We would definitely return. Thank you so much, Lori and Mo, for your hospitality!"

"Our family of 7 had a wonderfully relaxing time at Summer Camp Beach. The house was so clean and tidy. Good views of the ocean from porch and balcony. The listing was accurate. No need to bring a hair dryer, two were provided. Keurig and 2 drip coffee makers (one on coffee bar upstairs). We highly suggest spending time at St. George Island, about 45 minute drive. Saw dolphins on our first day there! Make sure to bring groceries. IGA was 14 minute drive. No fast food restaurants nearby. Very few GF foods at IGA; Dollar General had some GF snacks, though. Mostly seafood restaurants. An Italian restaurant supposedly with good GF options, but limited days open."

"This was a perfect retreat for our large family. It is an easy walk to the beach and is an easy drive to Alligator Point, Carrabelle, St. George Island and Apalachicola. When the water starts to recede in the afternoon/evening, it is wonderful to walk out and explore the sea life. We highly recommend renting a pontoon boat (over near Carrabelle) and heading to Shell Island (I think it’s actually called Little St George). We used Pirate Cove Pontoon Rentals but there are several in the area that all seem good."

"We had a great time! Kelli was very easy to communicate with and the house was as beautiful as advertised. The house is feet from the beach, and the pool is a short walk through the neighborhood. We had plenty of room for all the guests, and everyone agreed we’d have to come back!"
