"Communication with the host and his property manager was simple and easy when we needed to add an extra day to our stay this time. I’ve been returning to this specific villa for years with my family; we love everything about it, and the management is excellent. You can’t go wrong staying here!"

"Ohhh what a beautiful place! The villa had all we could ever need and more. Such a lovely, quiet, peaceful setting, exactly as promised - plenty of bikes and beach chairs - even a diverse selection of perfect beach reads for all tastes. Nancy and Doug’s love for this property truly shows, and they seem so excited to share their piece of Paradise. We felt so at home. The only problem, of course, is that it had to end.Thank you so much for all of your recommendations and advice. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay! We’ve been to Seabrook multiple times and this house and its location was one of our favorites. It was tucked back in the trees and so shaded and quiet, yet so close to everything. The amenity card is included which is so nice, but make sure you arrive before 5 to get it from the office, or you can’t access any of the pools or restaurants, or even buy from the shops. Golf cart not included but we rented one! We will be back!"

"The property location is fabulous and a short walk to the beach. Seeing deer off the patio every morning was a great bonus. Easy to walk or bike to the pools and restaurant's. The condo is a little outdated and needs a good thorough cleaning. The oven drawer does not function properly, a fridge door shelf was broken, and furniture covers were visibly dirty. If you are a light sleeper the upstairs guests can be heard walking, kids crying and squeaky ceiling/floor. Seabrook is a beautiful island and we will return to the island."

"This place is a lovely gem of a place to stay! It is exactly as described and listed. Clean, with everything you would need (and more). Kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes; we used it often as we picked up fresh vegetables, pasta and take-home freezer meals from the local roadside markets (Rosebank Farms was my favorite). The bed was comfortable, bathrooms were great for us, no issues. My favorite was the back porch overlooking the ocean. Every morning started with sitting out there in the quiet with nothing but the sound of birds and waves. Every evening was spent out there watching the sun set. The community is very quiet, and slow paced. The beaches do not get crowded. And it was such a treat to walk out the back door, right onto the boardwalk, and then right at the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing here and I do hope to return sometime!!"

"The location was perfect, and the price was right! This had everything we needed for our extended chill time. I would stay here again in SI without a second thought. Oh, and communication with iTrip was excellent. I spent five fruitless minutes trying to enter the wrong door and they saved me from losing further brain cells. :)"

"Overall we had an incredible stay at the Pelican Watch Villas! The view is to die for and having a toddler, the easy beach access right from our back door was perfect! We ran into an issue with the A/C where it was locked at 82 with a PIN that only the owner had but Carolina One maintenance was great and came out to help by reaching out to the owner to try to get it fixed as soon as possible!The biggest complaint and struggle is the check-in process. The club tells you to go to a certain office to get your parking pass but was closed when we got there even though the website said they would be open. Then when you get to the property there is a key pad on the door lock but that doesn’t actually work, the key is in a key box next to the door that you put the code into. Once you get the key out of the box it is incredibly difficult to get into the door knob. The door itself also doesn’t seem very secure due to the deadbolt being removed from the door. We did however love our stay here and would return again!"
