"We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Cabouco. The Villa was lovely and extremely comfortable. The views of the sea and the surrounding area are just amazing and it was lovely to sit outside in the evening and see all the lights twinkling around us. We have stayed in VRBO villas for a number of years now, and this surpassed them all.Ricardo met us and showed us around the property, and then kindly took some of our party on a short trip around the area. Zohra also kindly arranged a whatsapp group which was very helpful.Madeira is a beautiful island and we did pack a lot into our week, visiting many different places. The tobogganing was our favourite! Quite an experience as our family differed in ages from 82 to 20!We were sad to leave. Altogether a holiday to remember with our thanks to our hosts Ricardo and Zohra. We hope it won't be too long until we can return."

"I enjoyed the location of this hotel because the restaurant downstairs is the best! Moreover, the boulevard is great to walk on in the evening, and if you rent a car you can explore the island from this hotel easily. The room itself was a little outdated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would return."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We initially had trouble locating the property, as I had used the 'get directions' link on STAYZ, which does take you to somewhere else (close by, but not quite). However, after contacting Louisa, it turns out there had been a link in one of her previous messages which I had overlooked. After that was cleared up, the house was easy to find.The house is well equipped with everything you would need, the kitchen even has ziplock bags and Tupperware containers. The two beds we used were very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space and the bathrooms looked newly renovated.Overall I can recommend this property if one is looking to stay in this area."
