disappointed

upon arrival we were disappointed by the accommodation. first of all, our arrival had not been expected. In my opinion the cleaning was not done or at least not completely done. There were still things from the previous guests such as ice cream in the freezer and a bar of soap in the shower. the refrigerator was not clean as also the toilet. after a good search we found the 2nd bathroom. house itself was very small, certainly not for 7 people. accommodation is in need of an upgrade. everything is very dated. Only the view was great.

The owner of the house is bad

I had the flight to Madeira canceled due to the heavy rains, I contacted the owner, he said he would cancel the reservation to give me a refund, but he was lying, a week passed, I kept trying to contact him and he blocked me. I do not recommend!

Lage: sehr ruhige Hanglage in der Nähe von Ribeira Brava mit Blick von der Terasse auf das Meer, Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto.Sauberkeit: sehr schlecht. Als wir ankamen mussten wir erstmal putzen (fegen, da der Aufsatz vom Staubsager fehlte) und wischen (es waren keine sauberen Lappen vorhanden, wir mussten die schon gebrauchten nehmen, die auf der Terasse standen). Überall lagen Leichen von Tausendfüßlern oder Käfern herum, Staub wurde sicherlich auch schon länger nicht mehr gewischt und die Handtücher haben wir auch erstmal gewaschen, weil sie fies gemüffelt haben. In der Duschwanne sind zwei große Defekte, durch die sich das Duschwasser in der Wanne sammelt, überläuft und anfängt zu stinken. So wie es roch, spielte hier Schimmel sicher auch eine Rolle.Kommunikation: Die mangelnde Sauberkeit haben wir dem Besitzer geschildert (inkl. Fotos), der in Frankreich wohnt. Eine Kommunikation ist ausschließlich auf französisch möglich. Er hat daraufhin jemanden vorbei geschickt, "der den Mangel beheben soll" (nachdem wir schon längst geputzt hatten). Irgendwann kam auch jemand vorbei, der behauptete, alles zwei Tage vor unserer Ankunft geputzt zu haben (auch hier Kommunikation nur auf französisch oder portugisisch möglich) und dass der Schaden im Bad bekannt sei. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach einem kleinen Preisnachlass aufgrund der unhygienischen Anfangssituation ist der Vermieter nicht eingegangen. Ich würde hier nicht noch mal hinfahren.

La maison est très charmante, type maison de pêcheur avec une vue superbe sur la mer. La terrasse est vraiment le lieu de vie de la maison, elle est spacieuse et tout équipée. La communication avec Jean-Noel est top, il répond très rapidement et donne de bons conseils. La propreté reste à revoir au niveau de la cuisine et de la salle de bain… L’accès au parking est très étroit et surprenant la 1ere fois, mais avec un peu d’élan vous vous y ferez vite ! Ce que nous n’avions pas compris dans l’annonce c’est que la troisième chambre et sa salle d’eau sont en dessous de la terrasse, accessible par un petit escalier. Le logement est donc peut être moins accessible aux familles avec 4 jeunes enfants par exemple !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et avons été ravis de découvrir Madère !

Limpieza pésima

El alojamiento es para un máximo de 4 personas. La habitación extra de abajo es inhabitable, debido a la cantidad de bichos. La limpieza inexistente, estando alojadas volvieron a venir a limpiar y como si nada, terminamos desinfectando y matando cientos de cucarachas, ciempiés, gusanos y arañas nosotras mismas. El resto de estancia está bien y lo mejor sin dudas son las vistas.

La maison de Jean Noël est parfaitement situé sur l'île. La terrasse avec la vue mer est incroyable. Parfaite pour étendre le matériel de canyoning que nous avions amené. La plancha et la cuisine d'été sont parfaite pour la préparation de poissons, crevettes et autres poulpes. Les prestations ne sont pas les plus haut de gamme de l'île, mais si vous chercher un endroit tranquille pour baroudeur avec des copains, c'est la maison idéale.

Petite maison très agréable avec vue spectaculaire

La terrasse offre une vue magnifique. Petite maison idéalement située pour parcourir la très belle île de Madère. Elle bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires. Juste un petit reproche, il n'y a aucun linge de maison de remplacement en cours de séjour, notamment serviettes de bain.

Maison très bien placée et agréable. Par contre, la propreté est à revoir. Quant à la chambre a part, c'est plutôt une cabane de pêcheur, insalubre, sale. Il ne faut pas craindre les bestioles (fourmis, mille pâtes, blattes...).

Maison très bien placée et calme, mais attention il n'y a qu'une salle d'eau avec WC à l'intérieur pour 4 adultes. Les insectes grouillent (blattes, mille-pattes, moustiques, lézards) et surtout fourmis en grosses quantités jusque dans nos aliments. Dommage !

Vue magnifique sur la mer

Bon séjour à quatre personnes dans le petit logement de deux chambres loué à ribeira brava. Le logement est fonctionnel, dommage que le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas, par contre il fait très chaud surtout dans la chambre sans fenêtre ! Une clim serait la bienvenue. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique ! c'est dommage que tout traîne un peu partout...
