"The main floor of the hotel smelled like a dream! Our room was facing the ocean, but really it’s a view of the marina. They should update the room information to say as such. I wouldn’t have paid extra for the ocean view. The bathroom has saloon shutter doors, leaving little privacy, these could be updated. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Away from the crowds. Parking is $40 a night and the food at the hotel is very expensive for what you get."

"Located in a good area with access to freeway and other amenities. Breakfast wasn’t the best and maintenance kept coming to our room because of a leak that happened on the room below us."

"Checked in early, room wasn’t ready, which was fine. Left our luggage there and went out to eat. Was supposed to get a text when the room iwas ready, we never received a text. Came back to the hotel after dinner to pick up the room key, and our luggage. Went up to the room to relax and another patron entered our room because the hotel accidentally gave them an extra set of keys to our room. They double booked the room and never completely entered us into their computer system. Major security violation. The manager took my concerns very seriously and did credit us a night at the hotel. That did not spoil what I considered a great location and a very nice hotel. However, some training is needed with the staff that was there. One disappointment would be a non-functioning lobby with coffee or snacks for the patrons. Besides that it’s a lovely hotel and my wife and I will stay there again."
