Summertime get away with beautiful water views!

Just minutes to the historic town of Saint Andrews-by-the-Sea, the beautiful 3 bedroom water front cottage is the perfect place to relax on your summer vacation. Enjoy the magic of the town of Saint Andrews, but enjoy the quiet and peaceful location of this beautiful beach house. The sprawling deck with amazing gardens allows you to relax and enjoy your time as soon as you step foot on the property. Walks on the property or on the beach help you connect with nature, if you are quiet you will encounter wildlife such as various birds, bunnies, deer, porcupine, and if you look on the river you will see loons, ducks, and if you are lucky you may even see sharks. You can scour the beach for sea glass and other collectables during your walks on the beach. If you love the water you may want to bring your kayak or just take a dip in the water on hot day to cool off. Then bask in the sun to dry off.

The cottage has everything you need to make the space your home. The kitchen is fully supplied with all your kitchen amenities. The deck has a full sized barbeque for your use during your stay as well. And if you don't feel like cooking on your vacation, there are several great restaurants just 5 minutes away in the beautiful town of Saint Andrews.

If you like the idea of kayaking, but don't have a kayak, let us know and we can refer you to a local company who will deliver one for you.

We want our guests to feel at home here, however, we expect you to also treat our home like your home. We hope you will respect our property like it is your own. Beautiful Beach House
We had an amazing stay at this stunning beach house! The deck offered spectacular views and tide watching was fantastic. Beach combing was a thrill, and it had everything needed for an ocean vacation. Plus, it's only minutes from historic Saint Andrews-by-the-Sea with its restaurants, market square, and shops.

We were a family of 7 of three generations. The house was perfect for us for two weeks! It was spacious, bright and quiet, kitchen well supplied, there was lots of hot water, easy access to the beach. The most amazing thing was the huge deck overlooking the water! We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will be back!

Awesome quiet location
We stayed for a full week and we absolutely loved the location. Isolated, very quiet, a few meters from the Ste-Croix river which had a lot of wildlife like starfish, urchins, crabs, deers, porcupine, fox and many different birds. The unit itself was very clean with a lot of space for everyone (we were five adults). The patio is very roomy as well. Owner is very responsive

Amazing view
Spent 2 weeks. This is a lovely place. Very nice house with an amazing view and beach. But clearly it is not being kept up. The bushes are so over grown it obstructs almost all the water view. What we came there for. No umbrella on the deck for the sun. Barbecue was in poor shape. We loved our stay. Just not as advertised. Must have been written a long time ago as clearly the grounds need some TLC

Beautiful waterfront get away
This was just the perfect place for our trip to St Andrews. We could get up in the morning and have coffee on the amazing deck and watch the sunrise, and stop for take out and eat on the deck and watch the sun go down. Walking along the beach at low tide was a highlight as well! We saw deer and a fox as well as lots of birds. It was a perfect time! Hope to be able to rent again. Thank you!

Perfect, peaceful spot on the St. Croix River
Amazing deck made this stay just perfect. Beach access to the river was wonderful to explore and look for sea glass during low tides. Very private 1/2 mile driveway off the main road down to the watwer also made for nice walks with a bit of a challenge as you reach the top of the driveway. Comfortable home that was beautifully decorated with lovely gardens outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Note: Vrbo listing lists a hot tub in the amenities. There was no hot tub, though it does look like there may have been one at one time.

Relaxing Retreat!
Overall, it was very homey plus a few surprises like freezies in the ice box and side by side recliner chairs for TV viewing. Great view from the spacious deck. Suggestions would be air conditioning and outside umbrellas for shade. Chipmunks wrestling was entertaining! Would recommend to others.

Panoramic Porch Views
We enjoyed a relaxing week overlooking the river. The deck is great with living room and dining area including a grill. We had most meals outside except when it was too wet. We saw rabbits, deer including a baby albino one, porcupine, red squirrels, groundhog and many seabirds. We loved the peace and quiet. It was such a nice place to truly relax. The photos of the house don’t even show how lovely it is inside. There was a claw foot tub which we never got around to using, a fireplace that we did not use and a pair of very nice leather recliners in the TV room. We brought our Apple TV and watched a few shows. The table was great for games and puzzles. We grilled and made use of the kitchen as well. We did purchase a smaller non stick frying pan for eggs and left that for future guests. Overall this was a fantastic home and provided us with a fabulous vacation.

That’s a wrap
This was our last stop on a two week vacation in the Maritimes. Coming from Ontario the opportunity to watch the tides was a great opportunity and a wonderful experience. We spent a lot of time at the waters edge collecting beach glass and shells after the change of tide. Overall the property provides a variety of relaxing areas to spend your vacation time.

Amazing rental property!
The Bayside house was even more amazing than pics, waterfront views of the tides, gorgeous gardens, floral scents were amazing when you step out the front door , the deck is huge and multiple comfy spots to relax, found lots of sea glass on low tide walks on the beach! Saint Andrews was so beautiful as well, lots of shops, great restaurants, pier and historic homes surrounding the town! St Stephens a 20 minute drive was fun, the old train station is a great brewery/ Resturant! We loved our stay and meeting our hosts/owners was nice bonus! Highly recommend!
