"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room was spotless, calm, and beautifully decorated, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the welcome beverage; it was a thoughtful touch that set a positive tone for the stay. The hotel is accross the street from the Computer History Museum.
The only downside for me was the bed, which I didn’t find very comfortable. While everything else exceeded expectations, a better mattress would have made the stay perfect.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great service and atmosphere — just a small improvement needed on the bedding."
"Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet stay; no road noise to bother us. Dining table was small, but we managed just fine. Kitchen was small but did the job. Modernized quarters in every way. Owner was helpful and answered all our requests. Cozy but pleasant and we enjoyed our 9-night stay. "
