    Hopkins Coastal Cottage is a newly built home that offers incredible charm and a true coastal ambiance, featuring thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The home features roomy interiors, high 10-foot ceilings, crown molding, and many large windows that fill the space with sunlight!

    The kitchen is a highlight, boasting marble countertops, a gas stove, and a farm-style sink. An island with seating and high-end appliances makes it a perfect space for meal preparation and gathering.

    Both bathrooms also feature marble countertops. The master bath includes a large, free-floating soaking tub, double sinks, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. And a water closet as a BONUS! The guest bathroom offers a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a sink and convenient access to the main living area. A full, separate laundry room with washer and dryer is located off the kitchen for added convenience.

    The home entry is marked by a spacious, quintessential southern screened-in porch with ample seating, including a porch swing. Another screened-in porch off the kitchen leads to the rear detached garage with a grilling area, and the expansive, private yard provides a peaceful retreat.

This is our 2nd visit to Hopkins House. It is so open, relaxing, cozy and well equipped....just a perfect getaway. Very short walk to the beach, wonderful for pets, and quiet location. One of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in . This beautiful cottage was in a perfect location, a quiet neighborhood close to town and beaches. Kerry was so helpful and easy to communicate with, making sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was well equipped and had many thoughtful extras like kitchen supplies, shampoos, soaps and cleaning products, comfy beds and nice linens. The screened in porches were perfect for morning coffee and evening snacks. We would love to stay here again!

Really an awesome place! Probably the nicest finishes and details I've seen in a rental property. Proximity to the beach was great - 5min walk even with little kiddos.Had everything you needed to cook (incl. blender and slow cooker), beach supplies (towels, chairs), and even included ziploc bags instead of Tupperware to allow us to take food instead of throwing it away. The screened in front porch was nice to sit on.The golf cart rental was also great. Made getting around town a breeze and was really fun to use.Our favorite rental yet in BSL and one of our top rentals overall!

Wonderful stay! The house was absolutely immaculate, extremely well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. It was perfectly located both for a very short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the downtown area. The host was very helpful and gracious, with outstanding, prompt communications. I can't think of one thing I'd change about our visit, short of adding another day or two to it. Very highly recommend - these folks are setting the curve!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Located on a quiet shady street, but still close to downtown. The cottage is perfect for a family, having all the necessary items for cooking and going to the beach. The screened-in porches were lovely!

We all had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The Hopkins House was everything stated on the VRBO site. The location was excellent and very close to the beach. Our property manager kept in touch to ensure our stay went as planned. We will definitely come back in the future.

We loved this pet-friendly property! The home is beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home. We never cooked a meal there so I cannot speak how stocked the kitchen is but everything else is first rate. They supplied quality paper products (paper towels, toilet paper and Kleenex), Qtips, make up remover pads, hand soap in kitchen/bath, dishwashing liquid, and garbage bags. We even had a lovely basket of snacks. I swear they have thought have everything! Just bring your clothes and enjoy!Being able to rent the golf cart on premises was an added bonus!Kerry was absolutely wonderful! Very responsive and kind! We look forward to booking our next stay at this beautiful home! All you need is your clothes!

Perfect home for a perfect weekend getaway.

My husband and I were so excited to stay at this property! The pictures on the listing only hint to the beauty of this home. They truly do not do it justice! The home is thoughtfully planned out in every way. The decor is beautiful, yet inviting. From the moment you walk through the door, it just feels like home! The outdoor areas were amazing as well. Our mid-October trip was perfectly timed to enjoy cool mornings and gorgeous evenings on the back porch or the porch out back by the garage. The kitchen nor the grill was used while we were there, but it seemed to be well stocked and to have all you would need to prepare meals there. Or, you could just walk the short distance to town to enjoy some of the amazing food offered by the Bay St. Louis restaurants! And don’t forget to check out the local boutiques and antique stores! If you are looking for a gorgeous home with great outdoor areas and a great location for your next trip to Bay St. Louis, you can’t go wrong with this property!
