"Friendly staff"

"Staff was great. Place was clean. Problem was my room. Door had an inch gap in it toward the bottom. Very low water pressure, tub would not drain, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. All bottles were completely empty. Shower head came off while showering. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I really feel it that our room was not ready to have us. So many things wrong. "

Paint along the tub wall was peeling with what looked like mold showing underneath. I guess I’m still old-school enough to expect a higher level of service/accommodations for a hotel room I’m paying for. Looks like those days are gone. "

"Room was clean, breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Very good hotel with a pool, only thing I was missing was a hot tub. The deluxe suite was nice with a Lil sitting space that had its own TV. "
