. Location was a bit off putting upon arrival, but we realized we were actually quite close to restaurants and other conveniences. Office staff were very friendly, and helpful. Great place for a stop over. Important to note there was no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, make sure you request the first floor when booking. "

"We stayed in Bay city for a softball tournament for Fathers Day weekend. There were 3 families and a

and it felt like there was plenty of room. The house was cute and had lots of sleeping areas for the kids and adults. The owner allowed us to have our team over for a pizza party in the yard and the girls loved lounging back there. The owner was very attentive. The neighbors were close but all very nice.
