The room was ok, the beds were very comfy but the fan in the bathroom made a noise and the shower had low pressure, the hot tub jets was not working at all and no one seem to care to fix it , the breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The facilities was decent and well maintained. The young lady maintaining the Breakfast area was very friendly. She took the time to explain all the items available for breakfast. I appreciated her warmth and hospitality.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a really long time for sound control. I wasn't hearing everyone around me at night or first thing in the morning when I was trying to sleep in. Bonus - loved being able to walk over to Cracker Barrel for dinner and a little shopping.

The room wasn’t the best-looking, but it was perfectly fine for the price and a one-night stay. What really made the experience worthwhile was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment my family and I arrived. Their kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out and made our stay enjoyable.

The staff and the free breakfast were great. However, the room was so old, pillows were awful, tv wasn't working properly, and there was no water pressure while trying to shower. The hot tub had only 2/10 jets working, the pool and hot tub were very run down and needed rapair. Whomever was above us kept us awake and woke us up every early. We would not stay here again.

The room was clean. The bed was firm. I wish that the pillows weren’t so lumpy but personal preference plays into this. We viewed the pools d it looked clean enough. We didn’t use it though. Breakfast was the standard fare and plentiful. I would book there again.

Property needs to be updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean except for some coffee that was still on the wall from where the last guest had thrown it. Only one elevator and it is very slow.

This place is a bit run down & could use some freshening up, but it was CLEAN!! And, that's my first criteria. It was surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the freeway. The bedside lights in our room kept flicking off & on randomly, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. Yolanda, the breakfast lady was truly AWESOME!! She was great with the food & service for breakfast & had excellent recommendations for nearby beaches. Would definitely stay here again.
