"We experienced one of the most exceptional accommodations we have ever had within the United States. The primary highlight was the immaculate and comfortable room. However, we did have a minor complaint regarding the morning concierge’s demeanor. She appeared somewhat dismissive, failing to acknowledge our presence when we engaged in conversation. Additionally, the restaurant staff exhibited a lack of concern for the empty chafer pans, which could have been a more pressing issue."

"It really is a great property. We happened to stay during an unusually hot day in San Francisco. The rooms only have fans and no AC so on this particular stay, it was a bit to warm in the room to get a relaxing sleep experience . Other than that I would stay again for sure as long as the forecast is not calling for hot weather"

"The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable and very clean. Everybody was extremely helpful.. the breakfast in the morning was amazing. They have so many different selections.. comfortable beds and friendly staff with a clean environment-can’t ask for much more than that.. five minutes from Pier 39. It was a nice walk great area."
