"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone.
Rooms and surroundings can be improved compared to other hotels surrounding this area with similar...

"Bathroom was dirty (the grout & corners need to be cleaned). Including the windows. Can hear the cars passing & people talking outside. Market area was dirty/smelly. Bed was ok. "

"Very comfortable stay for a family of 2 adults, 2 elderly and a toddler. There is a play area on the fourth floor which was fantastic for the little one.
A gym as well for anyone wishing to keep fit whilst staying.
Would definitely stay again the next time we are going to Malaysia."
