"Had a great experience at Desoto Beach Hotel. Clean, spacious room with a great view of the ocean. The facility staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the beach on site is out of commission due to beach erosion, but there was another access to the beach about 50 feet down. Bring your own beach towels. You will have to call to arrange for chair and umbrella rental. The Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen is a short five-minute walk from the hotel and was quite good."

"We are locals to Savannah and booked this for our daughter’s wedding on the beach. Absolutely breath taking views of the park and oak trees. Quiet and secluded, yet convenient to the beach. The condo is equally as breath taking with high ceilings, natural light is exquisite, nice appliances, spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangements and lounging areas. The renovations of this WWII barrack was exceptionally done. We will definitely be staying again for a staycation!"
