"Location was great. This is a great property for multiple families to gather. We had 4 generations for Thanksgiving. Having 3 separate but connected houses allows for gathering everyone together for meals and visiting but gives space for taking a break when needed. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area around there or run to the beach just a few blocks from there. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Would rent again."

"Overall 4 1/2 stars!!! The house is absolutely gorgeous and has every amenity most families want when traveling to this area. It was perfect for our family of 10 which is 3 generations. A few issues - The lights inside the pool are broke, so we were disappointed that we were unable to swim in the pool at night as we had planned. We also felt it was disrespectful & intrusive that the maintenance person showed up at the house 3 times during the week to do routine maintenance such as clean the pool, mow the lawn (right next to the pool) & change light bulbs. General maintenance should always be done between renters. We rented a 5 star, very expensive house with 5 star expectations and should not have experienced these inconveniences. We spoke with one of the owners and he acknowledged our frustration. A few recommendations would be fix the lights in the pool and better procedures in place with your maintenance staff. Overall we loved the house!!!"

"Great property for a multi-generational stay! The view is gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone in the common areas, but also ample privacy with all the separate bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Very clean, and a completely smooth check-in and checkout process. We come to Tybee every summer and would definitely stay here again."
