Perfect space for your family!
We absolutely LOVED this VRBO. The pictures don’t do it justice. Much bigger than it shows…plenty of room for the kids to hang and loved the location! Definitely a keeper to come back to!

Excellent location and value for LSU visits
Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights during the LSU spring commencement. The location is great! The commute into the campus was a breeze. We had family coming from a local hotel the other direction who sat in traffic for over an hour. The unit is amazingly clean and well-kept with nice furnishings. Having a bath attached to each bedroom is a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again for future travel.

Great place to stay while visiting LSU
We came down to tour LSU with my daughter who will be coming here next year. The townhome is in a great part of the area, in a gated community. The property was super clean and had exactly what we needed for the 4 day visit. We would definitely stay here again when visiting next year. Geaux Tigers!

Great property/great location
The property was true to the pictures. The three bedrooms with private full bathrooms was perfect for our trip. And having a bedroom on the first floor was excatly what we needed. Location was close to the event we attended. The property manager was very responsive.

Great location
Great location near LSU, the river, and the equestrian center. Gated townhouse. Loved the breakfast and sandwich shop that was right down the street. Price was right. Owner very responsive. Of note the coffee machine takes Kcups.

Summer LSU Graduation
The townhome was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and in a location perfect for us. The host was very nice and responded quickly to all our questions. and when we arrived a little early he was happy to let us in earlier than 4pm. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much! If I could give a friendly suggestion or two for the e future, I would ask there be an additional towel in each bathroom, or a bath mat for the floor. Getting out of the shower is a little hazardous as the wet floor is extremely slippery and someone could easily fall. Also, the house sleeps 6, but there weren’t enough dishes and flatware for everyone. Thank you!!

Great location
Location made it easy to get to the university and local bars/restaurants. The place needs to be spruced up a little bit. Lots of damage to walls and Furniture is not in great shape but beds were comfortable. Owner was very accommodating

Wonderful Stay in Baton Rouge!
This apartment provided secure, gated parking. Well furnished with plenty of space for 2 couples + another adult. It was nice all having our own bathrooms. My only complaint was that the neighbors stayed outside until 4 am talking & laughing one night (this wasn't the owners fault) but you could hear them very loudly from the downstairs back bedroom. We were annoyed because we had just commented the night before how quiet the complex was, so if you want more quiet, pick the upstairs front bedroom. The owner was very communicative & pleasant to work with, he even went above & beyond after 10 pm to let us in after we accidentally locked ourselves out. (FYI...they are installing a wifi door lock very soon, so hopefully that won't happen again), but in the meantime, make sure someone has the key before you leave! Overall great proprty, we would definitely stay here again!

Bayou Beauty in Baton Rouge near campus.
Baton Rouge is the perfect mid point to experience Acadiana and the big lights of New Orleans. The location and the hosts will not disappoint. Location was the first plus. Quiet and accommodating, with all the necessities a short distance away. Area was clean and being in a gated community is a plus. The home had plenty of room for the family of 6 , but eight will fit comfortably. 5 starts . Will be back.

This property was perfect for our family of 4! Homeschooled teenagers had desks and white boards in their rooms, and location was not too far of a commute for my husband to work. Many places to eat and shop; only bad part was the traffic!
