Dirty shower, carpets in terrible shape, no dining options. Shouldn’t be paying full price with that much renovation ongoing.

The staff are nice but this place is FILTHY dirty- trash full/not emptied in common areas, furniture in the room was peeling and faded, bathroom floors very dirty (we put a towel down so we didn’t touch it). It’s also under construction- but not here and there- EVERYWHERE, and it’s not kept neat or clean. DO NOT STAY HERE until the work is done.

Hotel is under construction, so you only get a tiny glimpse. This is a good thing as the carpets, beds, and rooms need major upgrades (carpet was gross, beds were not comfortable). The staff was spectacular. The valet was $33/night, no option to self park.

Great location close to the riverfront. The breakfast was not impressive, but hopefully things will be better once they reopen the restaurant.

Good location, valet was super easy and convenient, but I did not realize the lobby/restaurant was under construction when I booked this property. They did the best they could despite the construction. Will be great when finished.

AC does not keep room cool. Seems that the location of the thermostat is located in an area that gets the blown cool air and therefore cuts off before the entire room is cooled down.

The valet and staff were super nice and helpful. We had a complentary shuttle to/from our event and the driver Arron was a gentleman. The check in and out process was smooth. The rooms were not cleaned well. Our room had not been swept well so we saw used toothpick/dental floss. Our friend in another room had condoms in the drawer. She was moved to another room by the friendly staff. Our mattress had a huge whole in the left side so it was not comfortable.

Disappointing that I had to hear garbage trucks for 40 mins outside my window at about 4:30am. Also breakfast was advertised for the morning…7/11 could have done it better. Construction going on for most the downstairs. Would have booked elsewhere. A fee was charged to me in the middle of the night also. We’ll see!

Excellent staff and location, but hotel is in terrible shape. The room and bathroom were very dirty and the room furniture had stains and tears. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and the shower not got hot.

Sad to say the place is run down. Carpeting filthy, furniture all beat up, stale smells… bedding was clean and bathroom.. The best part was the staff, they were all very nice and demonstrated terrific customer service . The restaurant is being re done so hope that will lead to them doing the rest of the hotel…

Our stay was ok beds were sooo comfortable … but what really got us by surprise was the unexpected pay to park I feel if one stay at hotel why pay for parking every night you stay if you gotta pay a fee it should be once and told on the sites you have to pay for parking matter of fact we wasn’t even told we had to pay was told after we check out

Decent, but be prepared for extra fees
Cute place within walking distance is the River Center. Room was small, the beds weren’t so comfortable, and I’m still a little salty over the parking fee, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hall carpets are heavily stained. There were insects crawling the walls in the room. Rooms are tiny and over crowded with a stand alone mini fridge and microwave.

It was the size of a closet and absolutely filthy. Had to ride the elevator floor to floor to find a functioning vending machine. For the same price, The Watermark is right across the street

Experience was nice and pleasant only thing is the a/c unit didn’t work great so was lil stuffy in room and took forever to cool off.

I can’t say enough about the staff here. From the front desk to the valet and bartenders, they all were very kind and attentive to our needs. I appreciate the fact that they printed out something for me without pushback or aggravation. I guess what I’m trying to say is that nobody seemed disgruntled, which hopefully means that they are treated well. That is so important especially in today’s world.
Couple of things regarding the room: door cracks let in a lot of light and the phones a bit wonky.
