A lovely little B&B with really friendly and helpful staff. Full English breakfast was excellent. The room was nice with tea and coffee making facilities and a decent shower. Parking is limited but the staff can issue visitor permits for on street parking nearby. Walkable to the city centre but it is uphill all the way back!

If you need a place to sleep at in Bath, this place is perfect! Front desk lady was a little chatty but she’s super nice. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Bath.

This is a charming, traditional B&B a comfortable walking distance from the town centre. Staff are very helpful and the service first rate. Be aware that whilst breakfast and parking are 'available', they come at an additional cost, which can add significantly to the bill for the stay.

Would have rated 5* but queried on arrival if we had chosen breakfast option? Said its advertised as B&B, so we were expecting included breakfast.. Left wondering what this was all about. Parking on sloping 2 level site limited, not good if you have a large vehicle! Casey lovely, efficient breakfast staff, great choice of food

Excellent architecture. It's a rich man's house modified into hotel rooms with beautiful walls. You would want to extend your stay in that vintage room with modern amenities.

Almost everything was perfect. Our room was small but very well organized. The breakfast was delicious and tasty. The host was very friendly.

This was a lovely stay, great breakfast, £10 parking and amazing view with a lovely garden area. The rooms are nicely decorated, with a nice touch of a chocolate plus tea and coffee. I dropped a star because it was so hot in the room. Even though I switched the radiator valve to off, it still poured out heat. I ended up leaving the window open all night, which meant I was woken up by the traffic noise from 5am. There is air con, but was wasting my time & the environment by trying to counteract the heat with using air conditioning.

Nice and quiet room. Our TV wasn't working properly but the receptionist came (twice) and sorted it for us. She was very pleasant about it.

Stayed only the one night as had a gig at the bath forum which is only 10min walk down the hill. Very nice b&b clean, comfortable and the staff were lovely. Delicious breakfast and parking onsite. Perfect

High standard - highly recommended
Towards the end of January, we had a really nice stay at this cute hotel. It was quiet and peaceful during the middle of the week. The place felt like a fancy bed and breakfast with its amazing features. It's an old building, but it's well-kept, cozy, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was really good, served in a beautiful dining area with stunning views of Bath. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great location, a 15 minute walk to the city centre. On-site parking. Spacious room with a lovely 4 poster bed, clean and well equipped. Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful.

Delightful building, lovely staff, delicious food
Above and beyond service - this was a surprise Valentine's weekend away and we received extra treat on arrival, which was so lovely and kind and very much appreciated. Very comfortable bed, clean facilities, biscuits, chocolate ... lovely. Breakfast was incredible, huge bowl of fresh fruit salad, mini croissants, toast and more ...then a cooked menu - had eggs benedict with sausage, all excellent quality.

Everything was in great condition; bedroom and ensuite were spacious and lacking for nothing; the atmosphere was welcoming and tranquil and all staff were very friendly and attentive. Good breakfast choices, and the bar looked inviting (although we didn't use it). Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel
We had a very warm welcome and after arriving early we were unsure if we could park at the property. We were informed we could park but also check in to room 19. The room is a great size and separate from the rest of the hotel with its own entrance at the rear of the building. The room itself could do with better furniture and a spruce up however was comfortable enough for our one night stay. The en-suite was very modern and had a lovely powerful shower. Breakfast was very good and all staff friendly and accommodating. The location is great for getting into bath itself and in a nice quiet area. Would definitely stay again

A romantic getaway
If you are looking for a romantic getaway for two from the city, this hotel is a perfect stay. Lovely, warm and very clean. Had a fantastic time there. Highly recommend it.
