Good price for the size of the flat. Travelled with a baby and was happy to have the space. Simple furnishings with no clutter. Parking in the garden came in very handy. Property is on a very busy road, expect to hear traffic all through the night. However, it came with the convenience of regular buses to take you into the heart of Bath in 15 mins if you didn't want to walk 30 mins. We did both and it was a great way to check out the area. Host communicates everything ahead of time so we knew what to expect. While the flat didn't come with updated or luxury fittings, it is still an excellent value for what it is worth. Most importantly, both beds were comfortable to sleep on, bathroom was clean and kitchen had all the items we need for takeouts. I'd stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay with my husband and daughter. The place was very quiet and large . The place was spotless and well set up kitchen . Good parking however we just parked and walked everywhere. Close to grocery store and downtown Bath, tourist attractions

Great stay, apartment was very spacious and has everything you need. Parking space we found a bit tight getting in and out of but we managed. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in bath. Flat was comfortable and spacious enough for three people. Very convenient access to a well provisioned kitchen. Very clean. Lovely, easy 30 minute walk into bath. Great to have access to a car park. Would stay again.
