Recently refurbished, this apartment includes ample living space within an open plan living/dining and fully fitted kitchen area. The apartment comes complete with gas central heating, flatscreen television and high-speed WiFi.

Benefitting from private parking, Charlecote is easily accessible by car or public transport, with bus stops within 30yards of the entrance and being a 10 minute wander into Bath city centre.

Situated in a prime elevated position at the top of Sion Road in Lansdown , Charlecote House is a real gem sitting within its own communal garden and benefits from a private entrance and off-road parking. Lansdown Road is one of Bath’s premier residential locations, situated just under a mile from the city centre and with a wealth of recreational activities on its doorstep, including golf, tennis, horse racing and a selection of recreational parks including the delightful Royal Victoria Park.

The location also benefits from good transport links, namely being approximately 10 miles from the M4 (at Junction 18) and close to Bath train station. Charlecote House is located within 30 yards of a bus stop and is only a 10 minute wander into Bath city centre. Perfect for two couples

Very comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults. Single parking space allocated to apartment but free parking in street. Lovely view over Bath from balcony.

Great apartment, quick responses to any queries, would recommend!

Lovely clean apartment, large bathroom towels, Continental breakfast supplied, a superb stay! Only downside pulling our cases up those hills, get a cab!!!
