"This place was truly a gem from hospitality to accommodations we stayed for one day before our cruise sail date and i couldn’t ask for a better stay Location was central to port and downtown shopping museums and restaurants Hosts were extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early and stay late They even helped us secure transfer from airport at a very reasonable price And transfer from hotel to port This place needs 10stars !"

"The hotel facility is old but it is situated near the port. There are shops, restaurants and a promenade across the street which is quite lively. Surrounding areas seemed safe and there was firework on the street the night we stayed. A public shuttle bus for cruise passengers @ Euro 6 per person is nearby which made it convenient to reach the cruise terminal."

"This is an easy one. Hands-down one of my best stays in an B&B. The host was absolutely the nicest guy I’ve dealt with. So accommodating so helpful. Helped me with my luggage and was not just nice, he was human and kind. It’s only a five minute walk away from the shops and beach. Cute little coffee shop across the street where you can get your breakfast that’s included and might I add the coffee is delicious and so are the pastries! I definitely recommend! Perfect stay!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Ville Delle Palme and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Marinella. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome by the reception team, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Every member of staff we met was lovely—from the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless, to the restaurant staff, who were always smiling, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was one of the highlights each morning. There was a great selection of fresh, delicious food, and sitting on the terrace with the stunning sea views made it even more special. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel has such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear that everyone who works there genuinely cares about making guests feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Santa Marinella. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend Ville Delle Palme—you won’t be disappointed!"

"This is an amazing place to stay in Civitavecchia. Very close to the port and restaurants and shopping. The building is an amazing old palace with a beautiful interior. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very attentive, even greeting us at the door and arranging and guiding us to a transfer to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend it."
