The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and welcoming, which made it easy to unwind.The location is ideal—tucked away for peace and quiet, but just minutes from all that M22 has to offer. Traverse City, Suttons Bay, and Leland are all close by, which gave us plenty of options for exploring.The extra touches really made a difference: having a garage to park in was a big plus, and the EV charger on site was extremely convenient.If you’re staying here, make sure to stop at Boone’s for a great meal—it’s right nearby and absolutely worth it!We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"This was a great place to stay, inside and out. It was clean and had what we needed. My toddler son loved playing on the sandy beach and in the water with the stand up paddle boards and pedal boat. I would recommend it for a relaxing time away. "

"The house was adorable and the view was amazing. It was a great size for our girls trip. We didn’t get to use the fire pit or kayaks because we ran out of time but def next time! Our only complaint was that the water smelled metal-ish but I think that’s to be expected with a lake house. Would def stay again!"

"Excellent place; well equipped, comfortable, really enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks, lakeside seating, screen porch, loved the location for all our excursions. The USER name provided for the wi-fi was incorrect. We eventually figured out the ATT network that came up was the one to use. We then could use the password. We would love to stay again sometime. Wonderful experience, "

"Overall it was a great stay. We mostly cooked at the property and enjoyed copious lawn games by the lake. However, the listing is somewhat deceptive in that they say it is 4 bedrooms, but the fourth room is really just a loft with no wall for audio separation from the living room / kitchen."
