"If you have tried to get a hotel near Traverse City in any time except the dead of winter you know that the prices for hotels are bananas. I was drawn in by a very reasonable price for a weekend stay but I worried that it would be a stone cold dump. When we arrived we were pretty sure we were getting a dump.
