Our stay was excellent, thanks to the exceptional customer service, so attentive and informative about the local area and Christmas markets. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, featuring a comfortable king bed and a great view. Everything felt modern and spotless. The is located close to transportation and shopping. It’s clean and has the modern conveniences for travelers. The breakfast was excellent but the staff gave us incorrect information about the Sunday bruch and breakfast arrangements which led to us not having breakfast as usual as we intended to have the bruch as it was timed closer to our departure for a long train trip. Generally the stay was great!
