Convenient location and friendly hotel

The hotel is in a really convenient location in Basel. The people working at the hotel are very friendly. I enjoyed my week staying at the hotel.

Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise.

A short hop by tram from the central station, a great place to stay with good public transport. Quiet room despite facing the street. Friendly staff, ok breakfast

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This is a small property with about 45 rooms. The room was clean a comfortable. Luca, the young manager, was very nice and and had absolutely the most delicious croissants in the morning! And the cappuccino was phenomenal! Overall a wonderful experience. Also, the restaurant on site was warm and welcoming! The have a wonderful stone pizza oven and the pissa's we had were wonderful.

Location was great right in front of tram stop. Trams are free the receptionist will give you the passes. Bfast is simple but ok. Rooms are good. Toilet good too. Will stay again! Just that the pillows are too soft it flattens when you lie down. Would prefer puffy pillows

Quick stay following a cruise. Supposed to stay two days it our airline changed the schedule so only one night stay. Unfortunately, didn’t know of the flight change so lost a full days charge $$$$$$ Without AC and just a fan, wow, stuffy. Opening windows you have a lot of street noise. Again, the temperature was unusually hot! The on facility restaurant is very good!

Klein aber fein

Mein (Budget-)Einzelzimmer war zwar recht klein. Winzig, um genau zu sein. Aber trotzdem habe ich mich hier sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war bereits mega freundlich. Spontan wurde mir mit einem Stromadapter ausgeholfen. Kaffee, Obst und Croissants gibt es gratis in der Lobby. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls großartig. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt. Perfekt! Jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten ein großes, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, und die Lage war für uns optimal, um Basel zu erkunden. Wir werden in Zukunft wieder nach Basel reisen und haben vor, dieses Hotel dann erneut zu buchen.

Aufgrund des ESC ein katastrophales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer war klitzeklein, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Toll, dass es morgens frische Croissants und Kaffee gibt. Die Lage vom Hotel ist traumhaft - direkt am Rhein gelegen mit Terrasse des angehörigen Restaurants.
