"First, i hadnt received entry instructions 24 hours before i arrived, so i sent a message requesting this info and asking for confirmation that the washer/dryer worked. No response. I showed up at the door, but couldnt entered. I managed to call the property manager - she was very nice, but her english is not great. She texted me a code and i was able to get the key. When i got up to the apartment, there was no washer/dryer. She had to bring me a key to use the 1 washer/dryer that was in the...

"We had a lovely stay at this flat. Myself and my two teenage sons slept well and were able to cook our meals here easily. The host is kind and very communicative!"

"The property was exactly as described in the listing. Loved sitting with a glass of wine on the outside patio after a long drive from Italy. Our children found the bunk beds very comfortable and the sofa bed was fine for my husband and I for one night. A great nights sleep and a hot shower before continuing our journey. The caretaker was a true gentleman and assisted us when we struggled to get the key back in the lockbox on check out. The communication with the owner was excellent. "
