"I really like the stay in the hotel. Particularly: - one of the very best breakfasts that I had in hotels in Switzerland - the staff let me do late check out - availability of free tea and coffee amenities in shared areas - very good restaurant onsite - just in front of the tram stop to Basel"

"This is a beautiful place. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of places to sit or walk the trails. Very clean. We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. The pool was nice and I had a good massage. "

"We arrived late so the restaurant at the hotel was the only option but it was an excellent choice, room was clean, quiet, spacious, wifi a bit weak at our end of the building. Old town is a short walk on the path along the river."

"Been on the road for 3 weeks and this was the last night. I can safely say this was the worst by a long way. Corridors smell,!uncomfortable and cold room. Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!"
