Nette kleine Wohnung

Code und Schlüsselübernahme war leicht und verständlich. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft angenehm warm, und war mit allen notwendigen eingerichtet. Wichtig und vorhanden, WLAN.

hatten 2 zimmer gebucht für 4 personen, nur einen schlüssel bekommen, den 2. später. das eine zimmer war wie eine abstellkammer, sehr dunkel und ungemütlich

Für den Preis echt okay. Leider war kein Haartrockner im Bad wie beschrieben. Schlüsselübergabe und WLAN ohne Probleme. Fernseher funktionierte leider nicht richtig (keine Kanäle eingestellt - Sendersuche Passwortgeschützt)

À conseiller pour la découverte de Bâle

Rien a dire sur la chambre et le prix. Juste petit soucis pour récupérer la clé car le code donné par mail n'était pas le bon. Mais solution trouvée par téléphone. Manque juste quelques infos touristiques et une explication pour trouver un parking...

Not perfect.

Room is clean but toilet seat was broken, no towels and saw two cockroaches. Emailed the management company but no response. Not the best of stays to be honest.

Bad service

I really had difficulties finding out the way how we were going to check in. There isn't any email nor explanation on how to do it. I tried sending several sms to the number that was stated, got no response so I called the number and the person who answered the phone couldn't even explain properly how we could check in, and even told me a wrong information. Once we got there, I had to call them again and wait for 3 minutes (I was in roaming so I do not like to spend my money on a lousy support) for them to tell me the code to enter the building. Everything looks really weird since there is no reception and there is no one you can ask for any info. I wouldn't recommend it although the location is quite good.

Bisschen enttäuscht

Zimmer ist nahe am Zentrum . Blöd war das keiner Vorort war ,wenn man was braucht ( zum Beispiel Haarföhn ) und in der Buchung stand ,tägliche Reinigung !! Kam aber die ganze Woche niemand :-/

Heureux de notre séjour à Bâle

Nous avons réservé au tout dernier moment. Rendus sur place nous avons pu avoir le contact avec l'administration pour recevoir le code pour la clef. Nous avons été enchantés de l'appartement et de la tranquillité du lieu.

Disappointed

The facilities in the apartment were disappointing. No toaster, the saucepans very small and the washing machine was broken. The cleaner didn't come in at all and there were insects in the bathroom. Overall not good.

Studio dans petite résidence, proche de la gare

Studio très propre dans quartier résidentiel. Deuxième étage, sans ascenseur, dans un petit immeuble très calme. Une grande chambre-living composée d'un lit deux places (un grand matelas sur deux sommiers), une armoire, une table, deux chaises, un canapé cuir trois places, une table basse, un téléviseur écran plat sur meuble TV, deux chevets avec lampe. Une cuisine pour les repas, avec plaque de cuisson gaz, four, placards et avec un balcon suffisamment grand pour y manger, avec une vue sur jardin arboré et vis-à-vis d'un immeuble, type "barre" (derrière les arbres). Un placard avec une table à repasser et un fer à repasser entre la cuisine et la salle de bain. Salle de bain désuète, avec baignoire, lavabo et sous meuble, chauffe-eau au dessus de la baignoire, rideau en polyester et wc dans la salle de bain. Grande entrée en L avec meuble à chaussures. Chambre-living lumineux grâce à la grande fenêtre, pratiquement de la largeur de la pièce. Bien chauffée.
