Good location on Rundle Mall. We were just there for one night & checked in after hours, which was easy enough - you just call a phone number provided in an email. Parking was already validated for us, in the Wilson’s carpark, so that was really helpful. Cute little touches in the room such as hot chocolate sachets & Tim tams! The toiletries provided in the bathroom were really nice too. The bed & pillows were comfy & the room was cosy. It had everything we needed for a night’s stay. If you’re after coffee in the morning, there’s a little coffee kiosk in the Adelaide Arcade. Check out was easy, as the keys were just put back in the lock box. Security deposit was refunded quickly too, most places take ages to refund this, so that was great too.

The property is well located, clean and prices were reasonable. I stayed for 15 days and wish they at least replenished the coffee/tea bags, soap, cleaning liquid etc. The property has maintenance issues with the toilet flush not working properly and the dishwasher was psychotic - it started flashing red lights and making strange sounds to wake me up! The saving grace was that even at midnight the front desk person could come up and figure out how to unplug it. Overall a good experience and I will stay there again.

We had a function booked there for our daughters 21st and I had booked a room for my family. I had to work during the day, but I sent the rest of the family down so they could get ready before the function however the staff would not let them check in. My husband had the booking confirmation, but because the booking was only in my name (you dont get the option to add two names). I have never had this issue before. So by the time I had finished work and got down there we only had 30mins to get ready before our event started. I was very dissapointed considering the amount of money we had spent for the event, not to be able to have access to our room. The event staff were great, but I will not be staying in the hotel again.
